2. Refund Eligibility
Refunds are applicable in the following cases:

- Incorrect product delivered compared to the order placed.
Refunds will not be provided in the following cases:

3. Refund Process

3.2 Once the request is approved, refunds will be processed to the original payment method.
3.3 Refund timelines:
- 7–10 working days for payments made via Razorpay or other payment gateways.
- In some cases, the actual credit may take longer depending on your bank or payment provider.
4. Replacement Policy
Instead of a refund, customers may request a replacement for damaged or defective products, subject to product availability. If a replacement is not available, a full refund will be provided.
5. Non-Refundable Items
The following items are not eligible for refunds or cancellations:
- Digital goods or downloadable products.
- Services that have already been delivered or consumed.
- Discounted, clearance, or promotional sale items (unless defective).
