1.1 We currently deliver products across India.
1.2 Shipping to certain remote or restricted areas may not be available. In such cases, customers will be informed at the time of placing the order or shortly thereafter.

2.1 Orders are processed within 1–2 working days after payment confirmation.
2.2 Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
2.3 Customers will receive an order confirmation email along with tracking details once the order has been dispatched.
3. Delivery Timelines
3.1 Standard delivery time is 5–7 working days, depending on the delivery location.
3.2 Delays may occur due to:

- Logistics partner issues.
- Natural calamities, strikes, or unforeseen events.

4. Shipping Charges

6.2 If the product is received in damaged or defective condition, the customer must inform us within 48 hours of delivery with supporting photographs at contact@staplez.in.
7. Undelivered Orders
7.1 If the courier is unable to deliver due to customer unavailability or incorrect address, the order may be returned to us.
7.2 Re-delivery can be arranged, but additional shipping charges may apply.
8. International Shipping
At present, we do not offer international shipping. Orders can only be delivered within India.
